Call for Papers

The Organizing Committee of the Mishkath International Research Conference warmly invites scholars, industry practitioners, and policymakers to submit original research papers for presentation.

Under the theme "Zakat and Islamic Social Finance: Pathways for Financial Inclusion and Poverty Alleviation in Sri Lanka," we seek empirical, theoretical, and methodological contributions that rigorously address contemporary challenges.

Important Submission Rules

  • All paper submissions are through our email ONLY.
  • Once your paper is accepted, all final submissions should be submitted with the corrections before the deadline.
  • While submitting a paper, select the most appropriate Track for your paper.
  • Full Paper should be submitted as a WORD FILE ONLY on or before the deadline.
  • For language and formatting, we request all authors to revise the manuscript carefully.
  • All submitted manuscripts will undergo a plagiarism check using a suitable tool.
  • Please contact us, if you have any questions regarding your submission or experience any issues.

Font Times New Roman, 12-point size
Spacing 1.5-line spacing with standard 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins throughout
Citation Style American Psychological Association (APA) format, 7th Edition
Language English (Standard US or UK, consistently applied)

Submissions failing to meet the PDF requirement or word count may be returned for revision.
All manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process and comprehensive plagiarism detection prior to acceptance.

Partner Journals & Proceedings

All accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings (with ISBN). Selected outstanding papers will be considered for publication in an edited volume and in the following reputed journals:
